Half-day meeting package

15–40 people, 4 hours. €56 per person, excluding VAT

    The meeting package at Paja includes:
  • Venue hire
  • Catering
  • Meeting equipment
  • A dedicated host who meets you at the quay and looks after your group throughout the event.
  • Morning or afternoon coffee or tea with a cinnamon bun or Karelian pastry
  • A baked potato buffet for lunch, with vegetarian or salmon filling
  • Coffee available throughout the event

    • Example schedule:

    Departure from Market Square at 11:00
    Arrival on the island at 11:30
    Walk to the venue and coffee, 11:30–12:00
    Meeting, 12:00–13:00
    Lunch, 13:00–13:30
    Meeting, 13:30–14:30
    Walk to the quay at 14:30; departure from the island at 15:00

    Walk to the venue and morning coffee, 10:30–11:00
